Milan and Juventus are keeping tabs on Chelsea star Hakim Ziyech.

Ziyech has only played once for the Blues since Thomas Tuchel's arrival as the club's new head coach, and the Italian giants are now keeping a close eye on his situation.

Both Milan and Juve think the Moroccan could be persuaded to leave Chelsea at the end of the season if his situation does not improve.
